Shipping policy

At The Chinese Mom Kitchen, we strive to ensure that your delicious treats arrive fresh and promptly. Please review our local delivery, local pickup and shipping policy below:

Order by 2 p.m. Friday for Sunday local delivery, pickup and pop-ups. Email laura@thechinesemomkitchen.com to inquire about alternative delivery days.

To ensure optimal freshness, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday when placed by 10 a.m. for two-day Federal Express delivery. If FedEx does not deliver to your address on Saturdays, orders must be placed by Wednesday at 10 a.m. for Friday delivery. Orders are shipped only to the contiguous United States and cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or international destinations. Tracking information will be sent after an order is placed.  

The Chinese Mom Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen orders or delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and therefore, unable to offer refunds for these reasons.
